Financial Sponsorship form -- Use this form once each year to submit your offer to make a financial donate to the annual festival. The organizing committee will review your offer and consider how it may fit with the festival's purpose and needs. You can expect a representative of the committee to make contact with you in order to discuss your sponsorship or donation offer.

Goods & Services Donation form -- Use this form once each year to submit your offer to make a donation of goods and/or services to the annual festival. The organizing committee will review your offer and consider how it may fit with the festival's purpose and needs. You can expect a representative of the committee to make contact with you in order to discuss your sponsorship or donation offer.

Auction Item Donation form -- Use this form once each year to submit your offer of one or more items to be included in the festival's live or silent auction. The organizing committee will review your offer and consider how it may fit with the festival's purpose and needs. You can expect a representative of the committee to make contact with you in order to discuss your sponsorship or donation offer.

Event Feedback from Donors form -- After the festival, our donors are invited to provide constructive feedback to the Spring Garden Festival organizing committee. We constantly strive to improve the festival experience for our patrons and our sponsors. Your suggestions on how to further improve the festival are valuable to us!
